Basic Title search provides the current owner and shows all outstanding registered interests in the land such as mortgages, caveats, etc.

Customer will need to provide the legal description of the title (Plan/Block/Lot).

Customer will receive the search result by email within One business day.

Land Title search will cost 23.00$

Terms and Conditions
The customer is responsible for providing and entering the correct legal description of the title. Once the request is received by our online processing department the customer will be responsible for paying the full amount charged whether the information received is valid or not.
